This course deals with the study of the intrinsic, formulation, physiologic, and pathologic factor affecting bioavailability of drugs from drug products. It focuses on drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and how these processes are modified by the different factors affecting the presence and action of the drug in the biologic system.
