Human Histology (Lecture)
The course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of Human Histology. The course will comprise the study of the structure and function of human cells and tissues.

The course will begin with the techniques used in studying histology to provide an understanding of cell and tissue structure.
Human cell biology will also be discussed to provide knowledge about the nucleus and the cytoplasm.
Succeeding topics will include the four basic tissues that comprise the organs of the body: Epithelial, Connective, Nervous, and Muscular Tissue.
The remaining topics will include the structure, function, and significance of the discussed tissues in each of the body's organ system.

To achieve the learning outcome of the course, students need to study and illustrate the microscopic image of the different tissue cells. And to identify different characteristics of cells, tissues, and organs.
