Oral Presentation and Parliamentary Practice
This course will introduce the rules, concepts, theories, principles and frameworks of parliamentary process. The course will prepare the students as nation builders in practicing parliamentary through meetings, assemblies, congress, among others, using a standardized and generally principled procedure. The students will also be equipped in how to write constitutions, by-laws, bills and resolutions.
