The Entrepreneurial Mind

This course is designed to enable students of any discipline to understand the concept of the entrepreneurial mind. They will be provided the opportunity to assess and develop their state of mind, or the lens through which they see the world, or their thinking process that influences their propensity and passion to engage in entrepreneurial activities and outcomes. They will come to appreciate the notion that entrepreneurship is applicable and beneficial in all spheres of life and, thus, in any career path

Through their study of the lives of successful entrepreneurs, as well as in conceptualizing and creating innovative products, students will develop their minds to become independent, growth-oriented, goal-oriented, and effectuating, risk-managing, resilient, opportunity-recognizing, and design-oriented.
