This course deals with the fundamentals of business organization and management which should be known by everyone in business. It presents the economic influence in business, the principles and manifestation of business organization and management that are necessary in all types of business ownership, commercial or industrial, large or small. Principles are presented and practical applications are discussed. The organization and activities of each department and their interrelationship are explained. Among the other phases of business organization and management, it considers all external relations, opportunities in business, financing, marketing & safety, compensation & labor problems, production problems, managerial control such as financial statements, budgeting and forecasting.
