This course focuses on the general outlook of Local Government in the country highlighting how LGUs serve the local constituents using the governing principles of local autonomy and decentralization. Inevitable topics include Voluntary Sector Management, Information technology in Government, and Public Enterprise Management. Special topics in PA are also vital ingredients in this course. These include Environmental Management and Poverty Alleviation in the Philippines.
