This course is designed for the students to have an extended period of specialized pre-service preparation before they become a full-pledged businessmen/ entrepreneurs/managers/marketing specialists. It provides them on- the -job training activities as the culmination of this pre- service training. This serves as the transitional phase between the trainees and the practitioners. Moreover, the course is designed to provide the students the opportunities to apply the business management principles and strategies in the actual world of business. Its major concern is to provide students opportunities to learn how to develop themselves personally and professionally to help them meet the standards required in the business institutions.
