An integrating course for all the major functions of management, this course deals with the comprehensive and strategic approaches to management. It approaches and takes into account the organization in its totality including its global environment. Covers general business policies, concepts, and methods applied in strategic management, impact of environmental forces on strategies and plans; analysis of macro-environment; including industry and resource based analysis, analysis of external and internal environment of the corporate entities in terms of: business unit level strategies (SBUs), corporate level strategies, international level strategies, cooperative level strategies, corporate governance, organizational structure and controls, strategic leadership and strategic entrepreneurship.
