This course will introduce to the students the different facets of commercial activities such as the sale transactions and the law governing it, the credit transactions, consumer protection issues, the Philippines Competition Act, the Government Procurement Law and the Intellectual Property Law. In this course will the Labor Laws be likewise discussed to the students since most if not all of them will be employed in the different business industries or be an employer in the future of their own businesses.
