The Law on Sales, Agency, and Credit Transaction

This course deals with the following laws namely:

1.      The Law on Sales, its nature form and requisites, the rights and obligations of the vendor and vendee including the remedies in case of default. It also covers applicable laws in installment sales;

2.      The Law on Agency, its nature form and kinds, the rights and obligations of the agent and the principal, and the modes of extinguishment of the agency;

3.      The Law on Credit Transaction such as bailment, loan, deposit, pledges, real mortgages and the like; and

4.      Their legal implications relative to particular business scenarios.
