In this course, laws applicable to business organizations particularly corporations, partnerships and cooperatives, shall be discussed. The materials used are the Revised Corporation Code, the New Civil Code, and the Cooperative Code. In addition, the Law on Negotiable Instruments, BP 22 and Credit transactions shall be included in the coverage of the course.
