The course, Human Resource Management provides an analysis of the principles, methods, and technologies that are used to improve the productivity of an organization and the people or HR specialists that manage organizational efficiency and effectiveness through strategies and policies that increase human capital resources. The focus themes of the course include an in-depth understanding on recruiting and staffing, compensation and benefits, training and learning, labor and employee relations and organisation development.
