This course provides students with the fundamental knowledge and skills in their quest for personal growth and professional development. It spans across a variety of topics including work motivations, work ethics, personality development, and legal implications, and human relations among others. At the end of the term, it is expected that the students are oriented and prepared to manage workplace-related circumstances with the basic knowledge and essential skills worthy of a Marian professional.
