This course highlights the study of the correlation between tourism and hospitality management and the Laws of the Philippines on Labor (e.g. The 1987 Constitution provision on Labor and The Labor Code of the Philippines) as well as the different types of obligations and contracts defined under the Civil Code of the Philippines.
