This course provides the overview of Cybercrime Prevention and Environmental Laws and Protection. It will lay the overview of our ecosystem, biodiversity and its relation to human survival and sustainable development. It includes environmental laws, detection of violations, conduct of investigation, evidence required and prosecution, and applicable jurisprudence.
The topic on cybercrime will take on the basic understanding of computer technology, history of cybercrimes, nature and types of cybercrimes, incident response, collection and preservation; digital investigation plan and applicable legal provisions.
