This course is basically a presentation of theories and concepts in social work administration. They are drawn from organizational theory, social work concepts and other social and behavior sciences that serve as foundation knowledge to social work administrations. It also brings into focus the distinct aspects of social work administration, the social welfare agency and the social system as necessary for efficient and effective social service delivery.
