This course focuses on the systematic study and application of knowledge about how individuals and groups act within the organizations where they work otherwise known as Organizational Behavior (OB). OB draws from other disciplines to create a unique field. Linking topics such as personality and motivation and team processes with decision making, will enable leaders to effectively lead organizations towards efficiency and effectiveness.
