Advanced Psychology of Human Development

This course analyzes the biological, social, psychological, emotional, moral, and cognitive changes from conception to senescence. Included too is life’s final challenge- death and dying. It discusses the developmental tasks at each stage, as well as, differential effects of wholesome and inadequate development to personality and adjustment and eventually to management. Furthermore, it deals with an in-depth analysis of the influence of the Filipino culture on human development. Finally the implication of the general understanding of the course that the student will gain to the management process of every organization will be discussed.
