This course deals with the nature, objectives, and functions of human resource management in education. It is intended for those who are tasked with running schools at all levels, so that Philippine education may become more attuned to national and global conditions. Graduate students are expected to analyze their school personnel program particularly the policies and practices on procurement, development, compensation, and performance evaluation.
