Test and Scale Construction deals with theories, methods, techniques, and process of construction and validation of achievement tests, personality, and social psychological attitude tests, and measuring instruments that use scaling techniques. The course also deals with some statistical tests for establishing the validity and reliability of tests and scaled instruments.
