The course covers the theories, principles, and concepts of sound educational testing and evaluation. It aims to equip students with adequate knowledge and skills to enable them to select, construct, and administer varied forms or types of assessment appropriate to the purpose of testing and to the learners. It also includes the application of skills in assessing learners through the conduct of research relative to assessment.
