This course is designed to prepare Guidance Counselors and Career Counselors in addressing students' needs to prepare themselves for the choices, changes, and transition affecting their future education, training, and life as adult members of society. It also looks into the social and psychological factors that define the context of education, vocational and personal decision-making, and decision-making related to career/vocational development. Emphasis is focused on their skills in implementing career guidance processes, namely, Career Education, Vocational Guidance, and Resources.
