This course is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of executives and their abilities to develop their interpersonal relations as part of top management. The main foundation of this course is human relations that managers should possess. Discussions also include philosophies and principles of administration and management, and exposure of students on the interpersonal, informational, and decisional work roles. Empirical research and studies will be required from the students in order to strengthen their learning.
