As part of your doctoral journey, you are required to prepare and submit a Dissertation Proposal that demonstrates your ability to identify a research problem, review relevant literature, and design a rigorous methodology appropriate to your field of study.

Please be guided by the following instructions:

1.      Title Page

Include the title of your proposed study, your full name, academic program, institutional affiliation, and date of submission.

The title should clearly reflect the main variables or focus of the study.

2.      Chapter I – Introduction / Background of the Study

Present the context and rationale of your research.

State the research problem, objectives, and significance of the study.

Identify the theoretical or conceptual framework guiding your study.

Include your research questions or hypotheses, as applicable.

3.      Chapter II – Review of Related Literature and Studies

Provide a comprehensive and critical review of relevant literature.

Identify research gaps your study intends to address.

Discuss how previous studies inform your proposed research.

4.      Chapter III – Research Methodology

Clearly describe your research design, participants/respondents, data gathering instruments, procedures, and data analysis plan.

Justify your methodological choices.
