This course is designed to understand psychological testing. This course will emphasize statistical concepts related to test construction and the psychometric properties of test scores. It will also focus on scale development and the complexities/issues inherent in developing a measure/scale/inventory from scratch. The students will be asked to come do it analysis and factor analysis.
