Social Anthropology

This is an advanced course in the study of culture and society. It discusses anthropological and contemporary issues on sex and gender, groups and organizations, population and urbanization, and social change and modernity. This course intends to offer several research agenda and the use of sociological and anthropological approaches/theories which attempt to blend quantitative and qualitative methods in the study of society and culture.
