International Finance & Investments (COM 332 (1010)-Ph.D. Commerce)

This course is designed to expose students to the process of evaluating the financial capability of any type of business organization. It will train students on the methods of efficient allocation of financial resources of business enterprises to realize the management objectives of maximizing wealth/profit. Topics of significance include problems of valuation, investment portfolio analysis in the capital market and how to invest money at the right mount, time and place. In addition, the topic on the dynamic assets allocation focuses on stocks, bonds and cash with emphasis on how risk can be properly identified and managed.
