Human Behavior in Organization and Organizational Development

This course is designed to provide the student with a systematic view of human behavior in organizations (HBOs). Using theories on human behavior in organizations and contemporary published researches on HBOs, the sessions help the student become keenly aware of the impact of the individual, group, and organizational behavior on group and organizational effectiveness.
