This course is intended for architecture students to have a firm foundation
on mathematics for architects in preparation for their degree-specific higher
mathematics courses. It covers algebra, trigonometry and analytic geometry. The students are expected to be able to recognize different kinds of algebraic and trigonometric equations and geometric figures, determine the appropriate solutions and operations that can be applied to various practical and scientific problems.
