This course deals with the nature, objectives and functions of human resource management. It is intended for those who are tasked with running organizations at all levels, so that human resource management in the Philippines may become more attuned to national and global conditions. Graduate students are expected to analyze their organization’s human resource program particularly the policies and practices on selection & preparation, training & development, rewards system and assessment & evaluation of human resources.
