This course covers management functions and how these are applied in a competitive business setting. It focuses on the principles and theories of Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling. It provides students with conceptual understanding on business environment, organizational development, ethics and corporate social responsibility. It will present current practices, approaches and emerging concepts in managing a business enterprise.
