This course capacitates the students to be active and productive biologists in the scientific community through attendance and participation in scientific seminars, conferences, workshops and trainings. This course also trains the students to become guest speakers, lecturers or research presenters and enables them to organize seminars, conferences, workshops and trainings as echo activities of those which they attended. It requires the formulation of capsule research proposal which are in line with the most recent trends in Biology research, based on what they learned in the scientific events they attended.

Only the scientific seminars, conferences, workshops and trainings which have been attended by the students during the past two years upon enrolment in the University will be considered for the points system. Hence, this course is recommended be enrolled only after all the academic courses have been taken up by the students.
