Instructional Planning and Procedures in Physics

This course provides the students with the framework for K-to-12 science and technology education, focusing on the emerging trends of the Philippine Science Education curriculum, teaching and learning models, student-centered approaches and strategies in teaching Physics, Outcomes-Based Education, and Differentiation in teaching and learning Physics. It provides a wide array of teaching techniques and approaches that ensure optimum learning on the part of the students. It also develops critical thinking skills and scientific writing skills to make teaching-learning process more interesting and productive. Moreover, this subject allows the students of this course to design an innovative physics teaching approach and learning materials which are research-based. The innovations in physics will be demonstrated thru classroom demonstrations.
