The course deals with policy-formulation and decision-making related to physical and financial management in school systems. Specially, it is concerned with physical facilities planning and school finance functions in educational administration, their interrelationships and interdependency. It gives insight into the concepts, purposes, policies, procedures and processes of physical and financial management.
