It is focused on the managerial functions performed by organizations throughout the agribusiness supply chain. It provides a comprehensive understanding of the different processes of agribusiness management such as inbound, operations, outbound and marketing. The topics are also intended to promote a shift from traditional agribusiness enterprises to value-creating businesses.

The lectures are arranged in a way that it covers the major facets of management namely the business environment including inbound logistics; operations management with focus on entrepreneurial competencies, financing a business, recording and accounting transactions; supply chain, outbound logistics and marketing.
