Christian Faith Education (CFE) begins with this course. CFE 101 discusses the stories of the continuing journey of God with His people. The Biblical stories will serve as an inspiration and guide in recognizing the unlimited and unconditional love of God to humanity and the world. Our journey with God started in His encounter with the people in the Old Testament led by Abraham and the prophets. God’s journey continued in the New Testament through His final and definitive revelation to bring the message of salvation – Jesus Christ. The journey continues today in our Christian communities through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. The encounter of the early Christians (led by Jesus’ disciples) with God inspires and reminds us of the faithfulness of God to people, then and now, and in the days to come, as He said, “And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age.” (Mt 28: 20).
