Course Description
This course reviews research that reflect the new developments that have occurred in early childhood education. Its focus, therefore, is on materials contained in current professional magazines, periodicals, and handbooks of research and on completed as well as ongoing research in early childhood education done in the region, in the country, and other parts of the world.
Course Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, you should be able to:
1. demonstrate knowledge of research processes;
2. perform literature and research conducted along early childhood;
3. prepare a concept paper on any topic about early childhood programs;
4. discuss current issues in early childhood education;
5. develop a critical attitude toward the outputs of research on early childhood

Principles of risk management for individuals and organizations, financial aspects of insurance companies and markets, industry structure, managerial aspects of underwriting and pricing, and public policy issues are also included in the course.
