This course provides  an introduction to school administration, including a basic knowledge of administrative doctrine and other concepts that inform and strengthen leadership behavior. Learners will examine leadership skills and attributes  and how those skills influence  the variety of interrelationships and situations school leaders face. The challenges presented by the school setting and other environmental forces will also be discussed. Relationships and linkages with local, national  and global  will be further delineated. Participants will reflect upon  the practical application of  these critical theories,

The course deals with the analysis of various theories about human behavior, and some possible actions that may be considered to address behavioral problems, especially among individuals with special needs.
